First Week of the Fourth Six Weeks

Teacher's Notes

Twelve AR points are required this six weeks.

No school Monday, January 5th. It is a teacher work day.

Report cards for the third six weeks will go home Thursday, January 8^th.

Curriculum:

Math:

We will begin geometry.

Study multiplication facts daily!

Reading:

Our story this week is “John Henry” 

Spelling:

English:

We are studying adjectives, hyperboles, and vivid word choices in writing.

Science:

We are learning about matter, mass, density, and physical and chemical changes.
